September 15, 2018 McAllen, Defense Flex Muscles as WPI Blanks Becker in Non-Conference Finale Leicester, MA -- Sean McAllen rushed for 160 yards on just 16 carries with three touchdowns and caught three passes for 25 yards and a score as WPI went on road and shutout Becker 45-0 in its final non-conference game of the 2018 regular season on Saturday afternoon. 
September 8, 2018 Comeback Falls Short as WPI Football Drops 25-14 Decision to No. 24 RPI in Transit Trophy Game Troy, NY --- Sophomore wide receiver Nick Smith caught the first two passes of his career - both touchdowns - and the RPI defense intercepted four passes, including one returned for a touchdown, as the No. 24 Engineers defeated WPI, 25-14, in the Transit Trophy Game at East Campus Stadium. RPI improves to 2-0 on the season and 26-12-1 in Transit Trophy games, including each of the last two seasons and four of the last five. WPI is now 1-1 in 2018.
November 18, 2017 WPI Earns First Postseason Win, Defeats Maritime (NY) in New England Bowl Series WORCESTER – Junior Luca Cerasani (Abington, MA) was named the Most Valuable Player as the WPI football team earned its first-ever postseason game in the form of a 17-3 triumph over visiting Maritime (NY) Saturday in a New England Bowl Series matchup Saturday night in Alumni Stadium.
November 11, 2017 McAllen and Garcia Held Send Football to 42-7 Victory in Regular Season Finale at Norwich Northfield, VT --- Sean McAllen ran for 132 yards and became WPI’s all-time single season rushing leader and Lou Garcia returned the second of his two second half interceptions for a touchdown as the Engineers went on the road and defeated Norwich 42-7 in the regular season finale on a chilly Saturday afternoon. 
November 4, 2017 Keyed by McAllen and Field, WPI Sails Past Coast Guard on Senior Day WORCESTER – The sophomore running back duo of Sean McAllen (Prospect, CT) and Connor Field (Granby, CT) combined for 209 yards and five of six rushing touchdowns, and WPI scored 30 consecutive points in the second half of a 44-16 NEWMAC Football triumph over visiting United States Coast Guard Academy Saturday in Alumni Stadium.
October 28, 2017 Ostrowski Dominant as WPI Holds off MIT; Wins Fourth Consecutive Game Cambridge, MA --- Nick Ostrowski (Charlton, MA) totaled 11 tackles, forced a fumble and returned a 55-yard pick-six as WPI went on the road and defeated MIT 24-21 in NEWMAC football action Saturday in Steinbrenner Stadium.
