LB Joe Alexander, So., McMurry

LB Michael Spillman, Fr., Hanover
Spillman had 21 tackles (nine solo), 1.5 tackles for a loss, and one pass breakup in his second career start.

LB Rich Braley, Jr., Mass-Dartmouth

DB Shaun Irchirl, Sr., Trinity (Texas)

DB Damien Ward, So., Bridgewater (Va.)
Ward led an Eagles defense that held Quakers quarterback Josh Vogelbach, the nation's leading passer coming in, to just 85 yards passing on 9-of-21 attempts, while picking him off five times. Ward had two of the picks, to go along with four assisted tackles and 0.5 tackle for a loss.

DB Sam Laes, So., Lawrence
