November 23, 2019 Central, Chapman win in OT; SJU survives The Wheaton bracket, on the bottom left, saw three great games. Central rallied to beat UW-Oshkosh in overtime, St. John's survived a shootout with Aurora and Linfield and Chapman needed multiple extra periods to decide it out west.
November 23, 2019 No. 12 Chapman advances after triple OT thriller The Chapman University football team had never had an undefeated regular season but went 9-0 in 2019. They went on the road for their first two postseason appearances but were chosen to a host a First Round game in 2019. They had never won a playoff game but took down No. 20 Linfield in 68-65 in triple overtime to advance to the Second Round of the NCAA Division III Football Championship.
November 16, 2019 No. 13 Chapman completes undefeated season at La Verne The No. 13 Chapman University football team made history with a 28-17 victory over La Verne on Saturday. The Panthers became the first team in program history to finish a season undefeated, claiming Chapman's third SCIAC title in the last six years.
November 9, 2019 No. 15 Chapman clinches SCIAC on Senior Day For the second time in three years, the Chapman University football team is headed to the postseason. The Panthers (8-0, 6-0 SCIAC) cruised to a 41-17 win over visiting Claremont-Mudd-Scripps to claim at least a share of the SCIAC title and the conference's automatic qualification in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.
