September 7, 2019 Spartans Roll to Season-Opening 37-6 Victory over Rochester Case Western Reserve University sophomore quarterback Drew Saxton and junior wide receiver Colt Morgan picked up right where they left off last season, connecting for three touchdowns, and the Spartans’ defense kept the University of Rochester out of the end zone in a 37-6 triumph over the Yellowjackets in the teams’ season-opening non-conference game on Saturday evening at Fauver Stadium in Rochester, New York.

November 20, 2018 PAC & UAA Football Honors Announced; Brown, CWRU's Saxton & Albrecht Win Major Awards A total of 13 Spartans earned All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference honors in 2018, and 22 claimed All-University Athletic Association Honors, including senior defensive end Cameron Brown, who was named both the PAC and UAA Defensive Player of the Year, freshman quarterback Drew Saxton, who was selected as the UAA Offensive Player of the Year and the PAC and UAA Rookie of the Year, and freshman kicker Robertson Albrecht, who was chosen as the UAA Special Teams Player of the Year.
