Offense

QB Justin Rummell, Sr., Earlham
Rummell completed 22 of 28 passes for 476 yards and seven touchdowns in Earlham’s 69-62 win against Manchester. He completed his last two passes to complete one-play drives of 67 and 44 yards to rally from a 62-55 deficit despite hobbling onto the field. 

OL Chris Teter, Chris Hickey, Adam Shallcross, Adam Hoffer, Eric Sibenac, Washington and Jefferson
The fivesome helped W&J rack up a school-record 778 yards of total offense, including a school-record 431 rushing yards on 49 carries. 

RB Andy Reese, So., UW-Stout
Reese rushed for a career-best 210 yards on 38 carries in UW-Stout's 24-16 win against UW-Platteville. Reese had runs of 40, 20, 13, 14, 19, 12 and 11 yards among his 38 carries and accounted for 12 of Stout's 18 first downs on the day. Reese also returned a kickoff 43 yards.

RB Jay Bernardo, Jr., RPI
Bernardo scored on runs of 2, 1, 3 and an NCAA record-tying 99 yards in a 34-7 win against Endicott. He finished with 32 carries for 249 yards.

WR Noah Fehrenbach, Sr., St. John Fisher
Fehrenbach had 11 receptions for 207 yards and three touchdowns as the Cardinals defeated Rochester in the inaugural Courage Bowl. Fehrenbach tied his previous career high with 207 receiving yards. He is now the school’s all-time leader in receiving touchdowns (25) and yards (2,280).

WR Robert Kelner, Sr., Trinity (Texas)
Kelner made the most of his three catches in a 31-23 win against Texas Lutheran by scoring on two of them, and totaling a game-high 131 yards. Kelner's 75-yard TD reception early in the second quarter was a career-long for the third-year starter.

TE Andy Brogan, Sr., Elmhurst
Brogan hauled in seven passes for 83 yards including a 21-yard touchdown reception. Brogan also rushed for a 3-yard TD on his lone carry.

Defense

DL Adam Haas, Jr., Cortland State
Haas had eight tackles (seven solo), four for loss and tied his single-game high with three sacks in Cortland's 30-14 win at New Jersey. One of his sacks helped knock starting quarterback Jeff Struble out of the game. Haas forced a second-quarter fumble that the Red Dragons recovered on the TCNJ 19 and led to a TD on the next play.

DL Trey Andrew, Sr., Wheaton
Andew recorded four tackles (three solo), all behind the line of scrimmage for lost yardage of 14 yards. Andrew also had two of Wheaton's seven sacks (minus-10 yards) in the victory.

DL David Morgan, So., Trinity (Texas) 
Morgan recorded three sacks among his four tackles for the day, as well as blocking the extra point following Texas Lutheran's first touchdown. Aside from the sacks, Morgan's other tackle was an assisted tackle at the 3-yard line that forced TLU to kick a field goal.

LB Chad DiFelice, Sr., Moravian 
DiFelice had ten tackles with eight solo stops, six and a half tackles for loss and three of the Greyhounds' seven sacks in a 22-10 victory over Susquehanna. Moravian shut out the Susquehanna offense (safety, fumble return for touchdown).

LB Frank Famularo, Sr., Fitchburg State
Famularo totaled a game-high 15 tackles (13 solo) and returned an interception 4 yards for his first career touchdown in Fitchburg’s 28-13 win against Curry.

LB Jon Ditmar, Sr., Alma 
Ditmar led the Scots defense, recording 10 tackles (six solo), with three for loss and a sack and a half. Alma limited the Aurora ground game to just 75 yards on 45 carries (1.7-yard average).

LB Stephen Morton, Jr., Mary Hardin-Baylor 
Morton had 10 tackles and three tackles for loss in his first collegiate start. He also forced a fumble and recovered a fumble to lead the UMHB defense in a 45-24 win at Willamette.

DB Anthony Fanelli, Sr., John Carroll 
Fanelli intercepted three passes, broke up another, and returned a punt 83 yards for a touchdown in a 38-13 win against Hope.

DB Rashad Price, Fr., Ferrum
Price had three interceptions in Ferrum's 29-13 win at Emory & Henry. His first pick put Ferrum on the E&H 20-yd line and set up the Panthers' first score.

DB Josh Fessler, Jr., Wooster
Free safety Josh Feesler led the Wooster defense to just its second shutout in 33 games, beating MacMurray 37-0. The first-year starter finished second on the team in tackles with nine, had the game's lone interception, and broke up three other passes.

DB Adam Laffey, Jr., Loras
Laffey tied the Loras school record by intercepting three passes in a 29-28 loss to St. Ambrose. His three interceptions equaled the total of the entire secondary from last season. He also recorded six tackles (five solo) and helped a defense that recorded four turnovers in the third quarter and six for the game to erase a 19-7 halftime deficit and take a 28-19 lead.

Special teams

K Mike Tomlinson, Jr., Oberlin
Tomlinson was 3-for-3 on field goals in a 44-14 win at Macalester, including connecting from 55 yards out to close the first half of a 44-14 win. He was perfect on five extra points and put five of his eight kickoffs in the end zone for touchbacks.

P Treavor Smith, Sr., Fitchburg State 
Smith averaged just over 31 yards per punt, but that’s because he put six of his eight punts inside Curry’s 12-yard line. Curry did not score following any of Smith’s punts.

RET D.J. Howard, So., Adrian
Howard returned a punt 65 yards for a touchdown in Adrian’s win against Defiance and also had nine catches for 119 yards on offense.
