The Misericordia University football team scored on the last play of the game for the second consecutive week to improve to 5-0 in the MAC with a 29-28 win at Stevenson.
The Cougars pulled within 28-27 with a touchdown on the last play of regulation and converted the two-point try to secure their first-ever win over the Mustangs.
Jacob Hoy caught his third touchdown pass of the game and then hauled in the two-point conversion as the Cougars won on homecoming for the third time this season.

Stevenson pulled even late in the first half and the teams headed to halftime tied, 14-14.
The Cougars took the second half kick-off and marched 75 yards to go back in front.
Hunter hit Hoy over the middle to cap a drive that took nearly seven minutes off the clock to give MU a 21-14 lead with 8:02 to go in the third period.
Stevenson scored two straight TDs to take a 28-21 lead early in the fourth quarter to set the stage for the MU magic.
