Louisiana College coach leaves alma mater

After three seasons as head coach, Justin Charles has left Louisiana College to take a job as head coach at Holy Savior Menard High School.

It's the second time in just under three years that the Wildcats have lost their head coach to a high school.

Charles, a graduate of LC, has spent his entire coaching career at the school, since 2005. The Wildcats were 11-19 in his tenure.

Dennis Dunn, who had spent 11 years as head coach at Louisiana College, took the head coaching job at Pineville (La.) High School after the 2016 season.
