Official Release: SCIAC Male AOW

The CLU quarterback engineered three fourth quarter touchdown drives as No. 20 Cal Lutheran defeated No. 13 Redlands, 28-24. Laudenslayer finished 25-of-42 for 313 yards and two touchdowns through the air. He ran for 41 yards including a one-yard sneak on third down to score the game-winning touchdown with 16 seconds remaining.

In the first ever home night game and contest at the newly constructed William Rolland Stadium in program history, the Kingsmen were off to an ominous start trailing 24-0 at halftime. After the CLU offense rushed for negative yardage and gained only 87 total offensive yards in the first half, Laudenslayer took over passing for 222 yards and rushing for 46 more in the second half.

He led an offensive unit that scored 28 unanswered points to extend the program's conference win streak to 15 games. Cal Lutheran puts that streak on the line Saturday, Oct. 8, when it hosts Whittier at William Rolland Stadium set for a 1 p.m. kickoff.
