Montclair's trip a 40-year reunion
Montclair State was relieved to find itself in the playoff field. The fact that the first-round matchup had a little history to it was a bonus. You see, 40 years ago these teams met in an NCAA postseason game as well. More in Around the East.

Hobart had beaten St. Lawrence 18 times in a row. Didnt matter if the games were in Geneva or in Canton, St. Lawrence just couldnt get over the hump. Until now.
